Pineta to Parzan

20 August 2022

I enjoyed the variety of the day, today.

Ascends and descends through green pastures with wild flowers and plenty of butterflies. The day ended with a long walk along a track in the heat of the day. I passed an old sliver and iron ore mining village now being bought out by second home owners and renovated. There was a wild party taking place this afternoon in one of the villages.

Eventually made it down to Parzan and again managed to get a lovely room a at the hostel.

Spent the afternoon eating a wonderful salad of locally grown tomatoes and locally produced cheese along with cups of tea. The La Pipette restaurant owner made sure I was served the best ever vegetarian tacos and showed off his robotic waiter!
