I met an incredible group of American guys today who are on their way to Afghanistan to spend time the US troops.

Four of the six had been injured in action and had rebuilt their lives after loosing either an arm or a leg or both. It was incredible to talk to them about their experiences and how they had come thought these learning to live their lives with these changes. The group were on their way to Afghanistan  to offer support and encouragement to the troops and to show that, yes it can be a frightening, dangerous and threatening experience, but you can pull through. What inspirational people.
