Isaba to camp site
9 August 2022
Left Isaba early and headed along a track close to the river for most of the way to Zuriza campsite.
Shared the walk with a Spanish couple who spent the walk debating the politics of Spain and the world interspersed with songs from their Basque area. They left me at the boarder into Aragon Country.
At the campsite started sorting out food for a longer camping section. Interesting to learn what is possible to buy, carry and manage without cooking. It was here that I met my traveling companions for the next stage; a British family with two teenage kids.
We ended up leaving the campsite, heading up stream and camping next to a small refuge. The limestone landscape is beginning to look impressive.
